We recommend placing custom orders at least 2–4 weeks in advance.

We aim to complete and deliver orders within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery times may vary depending on customization requirements, order volume, and external courier delays.
Mushafavors is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the customized nature of our products:
- Customized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Refunds or replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
